Cancellation policy

3.1 Customer‑Initiated Cancellation

  • Before dispatch: Cancel in My Account → Orders or contact Jeevan with your order ID for a full refund.

  • After dispatch: Cancellation isn’t possible; please wait for delivery and then use the Return Policy.

3.2 Company‑Initiated Cancellation

We may cancel an order and fully refund you if:

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued.

  • Pricing / description errors occur.

  • Quantity ordered exceeds typical household use.

  • Fraud or misuse is suspected.
    You’ll be informed via email/SMS; refund follows § 2.2.

3.3 Modify an Order

Need to change address, phone or product variant? Contact us within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch—whichever is earlier.
