This website, www.mrpawfect.co.in (the “Website”), is owned and operated by Mr Pawfect Retail Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 of India, having its registered office at No. 3985, 80 Feet Road, near Seetha Circle, VHBSC Layout, 4th Phase Girinagar, BSK 1st Stage, Bengaluru – 560 085, Karnataka, India (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We are the sole owner, operator and publisher of the Website, which facilitates the online sale of pet products and accessories (“Products”).

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the Website, you (“User”, “you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms, together with all policies or statements displayed on the Website (collectively, “Policies”), form a legally binding contract between you and the Company.

When you use any present or future service or purchase from any business affiliated with us, you will also be subject to the rules, guidelines and terms applicable to such service or merchant. In case of any inconsistency, the specific service terms shall prevail.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified by updating the “Last updated” date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically; continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

4. Eligibility
The Website is available only to persons capable of forming legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act 1872.

Users under 18 years may transact only through a parent or legal guardian.

You may maintain one account only; selling or transferring your account is prohibited.

Providing false information or maintaining multiple accounts may lead to suspension or termination.

5. Prohibitions
You agree not to:

• Infringe or violate our copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or proprietary rights.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software on the Website.

• Use data-mining, robots, spiders, or similar tools.

• Introduce viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful code.

• Engage in any activity that impairs or interferes with the Website’s operation.

• Post unsolicited advertising or promotional content.

6. Product Information, Pricing and Promotions
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Despite our best efforts, typographical errors may occur. We may cancel orders or contact you for instructions if a Product is listed incorrectly.

Colours, dimensions and descriptions are displayed as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur.

Only one promotional code may be used per order. Promotional offers may change without notice.

6A. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Serviceability
We ship across India to serviceable pincodes through reputed courier partners. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will inform you and cancel the order with a full refund.

Dispatch timelines

• Orders placed by 12:00 pm IST are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.

• Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

• During sale periods or unforeseen events, dispatch may take longer. We will keep you informed by email or SMS.

Delivery timelines (indicative)

• Metros and Tier-1 cities: 2 to 5 business days from dispatch

• Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 3 to 7 business days

• Remote or out-of-delivery-area locations: 5 to 10 business days
  Actual timelines depend on courier network and local conditions.

Shipping fees
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on weight, volumetric weight, destination and ongoing promotions. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged or defective item).

Order splitting
A single order may be shipped in multiple consignments to improve speed or due to stock availability. You will receive separate tracking details if that happens.

Tracking
You will receive tracking information by email or SMS after dispatch. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier portal.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available only on eligible pincodes and order values, and may attract a convenience charge shown at checkout. Please keep exact cash ready. Repeated refusals or non-deliveries may lead to COD being disabled for your account.

Address changes
Address or phone updates are possible within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. After dispatch, changes are subject to courier capability and may delay delivery.

Missed delivery and re-delivery
Couriers generally make up to two attempts. If delivery fails due to unavailability or wrong address, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO). We can reship after confirming the correct address; additional forward shipping charges may apply.

Undeliverable shipments
If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated delivery failure, or refusal to accept, we may cancel the order. Refunds, if applicable, will be net of two-way logistics charges unless the failure was due to our error.

Inspection on delivery
Please check the package condition at delivery. For damage, leakage, missing or wrong items, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Claims raised later may not be eligible. Returns and refunds will follow our Return Policy and Refund Policy.

Risk and title
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery at the shipping address. Title to Products passes upon full payment and dispatch.

Delays beyond control
We are not liable for delays caused by force-majeure events including extreme weather, strikes, lockdowns, regulatory holds, or courier network disruptions. We will support with status updates and reasonable remedies.

7. Contract for Sale
An order constitutes an offer to purchase Products. The contract is formed once we accept the order by confirmation email or dispatch.

Payment must be made at order placement (unless Cash-on-Delivery is selected).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock unavailability or payment issues.

8. Taxes
You are responsible for all taxes, duties and charges arising from purchases through the Website.

9. Errors and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, even after an order has been placed.

10. Intellectual Property
All content—text, graphics, logos, images, software and compilations—is our exclusive property or that of our licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual-property laws. Any unauthorised use terminates the limited licence granted to you.

11. Links to Third-Party Sites
The Website may contain links to external websites for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any third-party content, goods or services. Accessing such sites is at your own risk.

12. Guarantees and Warranties Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website.

13. Account Information and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders at our discretion.

14. Cancellation Policy
a) By the Company
We may cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

b) By the User
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided it has not been processed. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 15–20 working days. Orders already processed cannot be cancelled.

15. Fraud
We reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, legal fees and collection charges from persons using the Website fraudulently and to initiate legal proceedings.

16. Vouchers and Promotional Codes
Limited-period vouchers or promo codes are governed by campaign-specific terms set by us. Only one code may be used per order, and codes are non-transferable.

17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers and employees from any claim, demand or damage arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or rights of a third party.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject exclusively to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies posted on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
