2.3 Partial or Deducted Refunds

We may deduct an amount or reject the refund if the returned item is used, missing accessories, or damaged due to poor packing.


2.4 Late / Missing Refunds

  • Re‑check your bank or UPI statement.
  • Contact your bank; posting delays are common.
  • Still no credit after 10 working days? Email us with the refund reference code.
