Most items sold on www.mrpawfect.co.in (“Platform”) are return‑eligible. Always check the product page—some items are marked “Non‑returnable”.

1.3 Return Eligibility

• Item is unused, unwashed, unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact.

• Valid proof of purchase (order ID / invoice).

• Secure packing to prevent transit damage.

1.4 Non‑returnable Categories*

Food & Treats • Litter & Hygiene • Health & Wellness consumables • Bedding, Mats & Travel Supplies • Grooming tools & supplies • Bowls & Feeders • Toys
* Return only if the item arrives damaged, defective, expired or incorrect.

Combo packs: Every unit must be unopened (e.g., all 12 packets in a 12‑pack).

1.5 How to Return

   (Share order ID, item, reason and photos for damage/defect.)

2. We confirm eligibility and send a prepaid label / schedule pick‑up.

3. Hand the parcel to the courier.

4. After inspection, we notify you of approval or rejection.
